This policy explains what 4ember does with personal data collected through this website. It is written to meet Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

Contact form: the name, email address and message you type in. Nothing is pre-filled and nothing else is read from your device.
Technical: your IP address, held in the server's memory for up to one hour purely to limit how many times the form can be submitted from one address. It is not written to a database and is discarded when the window expires.
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts.
To answer your enquiry and, if it leads somewhere, to take the conversation forward. Legal basis: KVKK Art. 5/2-(c) — processing necessary for the establishment or performance of a contract — and, where that does not apply, Art. 5/2-(f), our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us.

Your message is delivered to our own mailbox through an email service provider acting as our data processor. It is not sold, rented or shared for anyone else's marketing.
Because that provider may store mail on servers outside Türkiye, an international transfer can occur under KVKK Art. 9. Where required, it is carried out on the basis of your explicit consent or another lawful transfer mechanism.
Enquiries that do not turn into work are deleted within 12 months. If we do start working together, correspondence is retained for the duration of the engagement and for the statutory periods that follow it.
Rate-limiting IP data is discarded within one hour, as described above.
Under KVKK Art. 11 you may ask whether we hold data about you, request information about how it is processed, ask for correction or deletion, ask us to notify third parties of any correction or deletion, object to conclusions drawn solely by automated analysis, and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
Send your request to hello@4ember.com or to the registered address above, following the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller. We reply within 30 days at the latest.
The site is served over HTTPS and form submissions are validated and length-limited server-side. Access to the mailbox that receives enquiries is restricted to the people who need it.
If this policy changes, the revised version is published on this page with a new date at the top. Material changes will be flagged clearly.
